Kalau kalian pecinta musik sympohny ada berita miring nih dalam kubu symphony music sendiri, dimana dalam album kali ini Robert-Lea, pentolan symphony music udah gak join lagi, trus yang kedua adalah, Robert lea tahun 2006 ini memunculkan album sendiri, Robert Lea Instrument (Cover Pink) dibawah naungan ‘New Wine Music’. Dulu Robert Lea, Welyar-Mauline Kauntu, Djohan-Betie Handoyo mengeluarkan album duet masih dibawah naungan symphony music.

Tapi faktanya adalah Robert Lea sekarang pindah ke KANADA, menaungi New Wine Church, dan kalau terbit album baru di bawah naungan New Wine Music, bukan Lagi sypmphony Music. Tutor music saya sony wijaya (liat di friendster) juga mengatakan hal yang sama bahwa symphony music memiliki corak yang bener2 tak tertandingi. Belum lagi keluarnya Joseph s Djafar orang yang sangat berpengaruh di Symphony music, (Joseph S Djafar juga dilirk PT Multivision Plus Lho)…sehingga album terakhir mereka Hujan Awal Hujan Akhir(Tahun 2001), Josep tidak ikut-ikutan lho…

Nah anehnya lagi setelah kruang lebih 5 tahun keluar dari symphony music, Joseph ikut membantu di album baru ini, hal ini juga sudah diungkpakan joseph saat bertemu saya di surabaya dalam launching album UX(gua waktu itu sok kenal sok dekat sih hehehe)dan dari mulutnya sendiri dia mengakui sih kalo dia udah keluar dari Symphony music…but….ada 7 lagu yang di arranagement oleh joseph bersama Dharana moniaga dalam album ini.

Tapi secara kontrak memang josep tidak terikat lagi dengan Symphony music. ehm masalah demi masalah ada saja datang, kesibukan masing2 personel juga membuat mereka mengurungkan niat nya memunculkan album baru(bener2 lagu baru), hingga Tahun 2006 ini. Tahun 2005 pernah muncul lagu2 di re arr dengan judul album NYANYIAN PENGHARAPAN. tapi album yang diklaim bene2 baru adalah album ‘ WALAU SERIBU REBAH".Itulah sedikit polemik dalam symphony music, bebrepa mengatakan fakta dan banyak sudut pandang lain, tapi saya tidak berani menyimpulkannya.

Yang jelas Puji Tuhan album ini telah terbit, walau promosinya mungkin tidak segencar dulu, mnungkin tidak live recording lagi, dan cover yang jelek yang sepertinya menyiratkan ‘SYMPHONY MUUSIC NIAT BIKIN ALBUM GAK SEH …HEHEHE"…bahkan situsnya yang dulu begitu terkneal (www.symphony-music.com udah broken link. Tetapi bagaimanpun, setidaknya ini merupakan ittik kebangkitan yang baik bagi symphony music yang baik.Saya sendiri begitu antusias mengikuti perkembangannya karena lagu-lagunya banyak menjadi berkat dan menjadi lagu-lagu persekutuan yang baik dan bersifat interdenominasi dan mudah di terima oleh semua gereja tidak seperti grup2 lain(tidak usah di sebutkan deh hhehehe). Intinya dalam kurun waktu berjalan kurang lebih 15an tahun lebih, symphony telah mengubah musik gereja dan meyumbang banyak berkat bagi gereja-gereja di indonesia maupun Internasional. bahkan teman2 syaa di gereja, pemusik, singer sangat suka nyanyi lagu-lagu simpony di gereja, tapi tidak tahu bahwa lagu yang mereka nyanyikan adalah lagu-lagu yang di cipta dan copyright by symphony music…ehm ironi memang…sering nyanyi lagu e tapi gak tahu sapa yang cipta heheh… ok itu aja review terbaru ttg symphony music.

Kali ini gua nulis pake bahasa indonesia he ehehhe…coz review product e indonesia.. btw, gua udah dengar n sempat nyoba2 chord2 lagu-lagu dari symphony music yang baru ini..sedikit review gua ttg album symphony music kali ini ternyata harus jujur di akui DESAIN COVERNYA JELEK :-)…

Desain Covernya kurang bagus banget, keliatan gak profesional sama sekali, dalam hati gua mending si Ai en (anda bisa buka sitenya)…yang desain ato listyana, pasti jauh jauh jah lebih baik…dimana desainer e album kali ini ‘Untarto Hartono’ yang desain (ehm..gak kenal)…

oh yach friends, kalao kalian2 lihat album2 symphony yang lalu2, kayak tahun 97, juga album2nya robert lea di tahun 90 an, yang desain cover tahu gak sapa??

kalain pasti kaget!!JEFRY S TJANDRA, ehm itulah dia, dulu Jeffry hanya desainer covernya Sympony music lho, tapi sekarang udah bisa bikin lagu rek…

lagunya ada 10,menurutku lagu yang paling bagus sih 1,5 dan 10, yang lain juga bagus2, namae simphony pasti coraknya simple but easy listening, aransemen orchestra touchnya paling keliatan di lagu nomor 1 dan 5 sih.

This book written in English, maybe will translated soon. this book also told us in Pluralism and the New Definition of Tolerance christ, THe Only Way to God. this book will review this hard statement (Christ is the only way to God) without leaving the wisdom in Plurasim….I was reading this book…book provided in Momentum (Andhika Plaza Surabaya).

when you raed the title above, you will know that that was the name of JOSEPH S DJAFAR religious music album,also called ‘united by grace’.

I also take it to my group of vocal in church. we build a new group of vocal to serve God in Music and vocal. We will show firstly this week. and the first debut of us will held in September 17 2006. we consist of three constant member that was, Novi FS, me, and Karin. with the additional member called Afuk will help us beside we have not find the new member.

we have to find 2 new member to fill the complete united by grace in us. we have pianist, violinist, also vocal, and now we need the alto and tenor voice. ehm….we are trying to made a simple arrangement but have a deep music flow with a little orchestra touch suitable with our church denomination.

but we are ready to serve since three.

**********Music and vocal ministry Vs Show Off***********

I write it down with more ehmphasizez to show that I have changed my mindset because I had thought that serve God in Music and group of vocal have a ’show off’ tendencies. I had feel this in my camp, not in church!I saw it from the man who serve in front of the pulpit but they do not have a good behavior out side the church life. and the only show off of what they had.

That what I had thought before, and feel that serve God in front of pulpit is useless, not for now. that’s an advantage for me where It also look like a mirror to me to reflect my habit and behavior to be a light because I have served in front of church pulpit.

THe positive of the ministry is to help the church community feel deeper and more intimate with Him. When I hear the song of Robert-Lea, I feel more intimate with christ and reflect my life to God so far of this, and so my hope to be a bleessing.

GOd make ‘united by grace’ be a blessing.

They are special friend I have, some of my friend written in this blog because I want to remember them in my life, so when I grew up to be a father I still remember them include my last blog about my special one :-).

Today is their birthday, I went to TP tunjungan Plaza and buy something for them. we also ask them to blow up the candle…they have the same birthday..

I back to home 11 o’clock, after that I made this blog and made an arrangement of music for my Vocal Group Called ‘United by Grace’.

also I have to arrangement the music for the gkka family camp as the camp invitation song.

also I have my job in programming…ehm…so busy…but I like to do it. I also happy for today..

as what I have said to you all in my previous blog, I said that symphony music will launch their album soon. Now we can get the piece of great work of religious music with orchestra touch.
as what I have said before, I knew this news direct from Joseph S Djafar, when I met him in a concert in Indonesia. Joseph also help the proccess of arranging in the new album.
