System Evaluation
A young Entrepreneur need to learn and accept all of suggestion from the old Entrepreneur…
so…it also happen to me…
I evaluate my bussiness system. however I take the information System Major in my bachelor, there are no warranty if I will success in building a system. We still need any resources like suggestion from old entrepreneur that we can take it from Books, magazine (SWA), and directly with the Success Entrepreneur..
So what kind of system should I evaluate?
I need to evaluate the system about contracting my Techinician.
I give a training to them, give a lecture to them how to repair computer, how to install a program and any trouble shooting, but when they fell they have collect the skill that what they needed, they will move out from our company..
It will happen if you work in field of Service, like barber shop, like computer maintenance division, electronic repairing division.
so how to make them feel enjoy working in our company?
1. profit sharing with their work, when they can work without our skill.
2. make a contract with one year, and then extend the contract when the contract will expired.
3. for the technician or employee that have a good reputation and has work more than 2 years, let them join the JAMSOSTEK for healt insurance.
maybe the 3 tips can be use if you want to grow up your bussiness and make a system work, not by our hand because we only have 2 hands, but need more hand and mind to build and grow up a bussiness..
not by ourself, but by the team work and how we control the team work, is the key to success.
